1. Who We Are
Symbol Life is a personal space for self-knowledge. The service is operated by AI Swiss Group (Ruhsitzstrasse 29, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland). We do not make predictions, and we do not collect data about you covertly — we store only what you enter yourself (such as a birth date for calculations). The service helps you hear yourself more clearly through symbols, numbers and stars.
2. Data We Collect
- Account: email address and name when you register via email or Google OAuth.
- Profile: date of birth, city — only if you fill in your profile. Stored in Supabase (EU, Stockholm).
- Saved charts and readings: only if you explicitly clicked "Save". Anonymous users store data only in your browser's localStorage.
- Sophia memory (opt-in): if you are Premium and switch on "Mentor memory," Sophia keeps short notes — the themes you return to and a brief per-room summary — derived from your conversations and stored in Supabase (EU). If you have saved a natal chart, memory also lets Sophia recall its Big Four (Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Midheaven). It is off by default; you can view every note and delete any or all of it at any time in your profile. We never keep health, self-harm, third-party, financial, intimate, or contact details.
- Analytics: we use Umami — a privacy-friendly analytics tool with no cookies and no individual user tracking. Umami collects only aggregated data: pages, traffic sources, country.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authentication and account access
- Pre-filling forms from your profile (birth date, city)
- Storing saved charts and readings
- Giving Sophia continuity across conversations, if you enable Mentor memory (Premium)
- Improving the service based on aggregated analytics
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use data for advertising purposes.
4. Third Parties
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU, Stockholm, GDPR-compliant)
- Google OAuth — sign-in via Google account (optional)
- Umami — privacy-friendly analytics without cookies
- Anthropic — Sophia AI mentor and dream interpreter: processing of your messages (USA; data is not used to train models)
- Stripe — web payment processing (Premium subscription)
- RevenueCat — in-app purchase processing on mobile (App Store / Google Play)
- Telegram — delivery of your feedback to the operator (only when you submit the feedback form)
- Open-Meteo — geocoding: looking up your birth city by name (city name and IP address are sent)
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

To delete all your data, use the "Forget everything" function in profile settings, or contact us at info@aiswissgroup.ch.
6. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Supabase sets a session cookie to maintain your login. Umami operates without cookies.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as your account exists. After account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
