1. Acceptance
Symbol Life is operated by AI Swiss Group (Ruhsitzstrasse 29, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Symbol Life is a self-discovery tool using esoteric symbols: Tarot cards, numerology, astrology, runes and other systems. The service provides information for educational and entertainment purposes. Basic access is free; some capabilities are opened by the paid Premium subscription — its name, length and price are shown before any purchase (see section 3).
3. Premium Subscription (auto-renewable)
- Subscription name: Symbol Life Premium. Length: 1 month or 1 year. Price: $9.99 per month or $69 per year (in the iOS and Android apps the price is shown in your store currency on the purchase screen).
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment for the next period is charged within 24 hours before that period begins.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings: App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or via the Stripe receipt email (web). Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple: any unused portion of the current period is non-refundable, and refunds are requested through Apple Support. Web purchases are processed by Stripe.

4. Disclaimer
Symbol Life is not a medical, legal, financial or psychological service. All content is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Do not make life-critical decisions based solely on the service's results. For serious life matters, consult qualified professionals.
5. User Account

6. Intellectual Property
All service content (texts, design, algorithms) is the property of Symbol Life. Copying, reproducing or distributing without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Symbol Life is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if not possible, in a competent court at the registered seat of the company (St. Gallen). This does not limit the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
